Since her childhood in Lower Silesia, Beate Bauer has been fascinated by the interplay in the area between languages and countries. Overcoming barriers between cultures and languages has become her calling as an interpreter, language teacher, and translator.

In 1994, Beate Bauer was sworn in by the President of the Regional Court of Osnabrück as an interpreter and translator in Polish. Since then, she has worked as an authorised and sworn translator for courts, law firms, companies and private individuals. In 2010, she was also sworn in by the President of the Higher Regional Court of Hamm, and in 2015 by the President of the Regional Court of Hanover.
